Reading bills and statements

Work it Out! covers 10 essential maths life skills. Each booklet addresses a different numeracy topic and is written in a clear and easy-to understand style. The booklets are specially designed for teachers and trainers working with:

• Job seekers
• Students preparing themselves for work experience and life after school
• Those who have been out of the workforce for some time
• New migrants

Each booklet uses a combination of ‘in-the-head’, pen and paper and calculator methods, learners will find them accessible and enjoyable.

Reading bills and statements covers the following topics:

• Receipts and invoices/bills
• Paying service bills
• Methods of payment

Available as:

• Individual booklets
• Multiple booklets - 5 or 10 titles or
• CD ROM with annual, renewable reproduction licence containing all 10 titles. The licence enables you to print unlimited copies of all material throughout the year and can be renewed thereafter. A signed licence agreement must be received by Aspire Learning Resources prior to sending the CD to you.
