Each workbook contains the following features:
- mapping of the workbook content to the competency standard elements and performance criteria
- employability skills information and how the skills can be developed
- additional resources, for example websites
- comprehensive and easy to understand content including tips, examples, practice tasks and illustrations
- end of chapter discussion topics, chapter summary and checklist
- end of chapter assessment activities mapped to the competency standard element and performance criteria
- final assessment mapped to the competency standard elements and performance criteria
- glossary of industry terms.
